Terp Mansion is a fully integrated modern cannabis estate rooted in Humboldt County and the heart of the Emerald Triangle. We produce some of California’s finest small-batch flower using a wide range of refined cultivation techniques.
As a vertically integrated microbusiness, we oversee every stage from seed to sale—beginning in our licensed nursery, capable of housing up to 20,000 plants. Each harvest completes its journey in the green room known as “The Drying Room,” where everything slows down and the resin speaks.

THE SPACESHIP
The Spaceship is our next-generation greenhouse, purpose-built for sustainable craft cannabis cultivation. Its smart lighting system delivers the ideal spectrum year-round, independent of season or sunlight.
Inside, 5,000 square feet of innovation supports 4,000 square feet of canopy—powered by slow-drip irrigation, rainwater catchment, and heated beds. The result: more than meets the eye, and a model for the future of cultivation.
THE ROSIN WRANGLER
Our second mixed-light greenhouse—known as The Rosin Wrangler, or “The Resin Cultivator”—adds 3,500 square feet of space and 3,000 square feet of canopy, purpose-built for trichome-heavy flower destined for ice water refinement.

MINIBANGER
The smallest of our three greenhouses, The Mini Banger supports up to 1,200 plants under 35 lights and Humboldt’s harvest sun. Don’t let the size fool you—this compact setup holds its own alongside the Wrangler.
TERP DUNGEON
Our premium line of exotic indoor flower is born in the Terp Dungeon—1,000 square feet of dedicated canopy where each cultivar is matched with its ideal environment. Through tailored techniques and controlled conditions, we cultivate the kind of exotic flower sought after across the world.
HASH LAB
After harvest, pristine trichomes grown under the California sun are frozen and refined using nothing but ice and water. Following the initial wash, we press the separated heads into golden streams of translucent hash rosin.
Our solventless vape line is made the same way—washed and pressed in-house, then filled with craft-quality Solventless Live Rosin.
