There’s a lot of noise in cannabis. A lot of fluff. A lot of copycat branding and regurgitated “craft” talk that feels like it was written by someone who hasn’t touched a plant in years. That’s not us.
The Terp Times is our effort to cut through the noise. It’s a window into the process, the philosophy, and the people behind Terp Mansion—our vertically integrated, small-batch cannabis estate in the heart of the Emerald Triangle.
We didn’t build this to follow trends. We built it to do what we love, at the highest possible level, every single day.
Why We’re Doing This
We’re often asked about our methods, our systems, and how we manage to keep everything in-house—from seed to solventless. The truth is: it took years of refinement, failure, rebuilding, reimagining, and staying obsessed with every detail.
But most of that never gets seen. So this space—The Terp Times—will change that.
This is where we’ll document what it actually takes to grow cannabis that stands on its own. We’ll talk about light cycles and irrigation tweaks. About freezing trichomes at harvest, and why we built the Rosin Wrangler the way we did. About gear and sourcing and drought plans. About what it means to do this right.
You’ll get first looks at new drops, detailed breakdowns of our favorite cultivars, notes from the drying room, and stories from the farm that don’t fit into social media captions.
